Sand Castle is a great open plan seahouse situated on the front row of the Morgan Bay beachfront. Guests can enjoy sea views from all but one room and from the front lawn, which is elevated from the road to ensure privacy.

UPSTAIRS
Room 1 – Queen bed /ensuite (bath/shower/toilet/basin).
Room 2 – Queen bed / ensuite (shower/toilet/basin).
Room 3 – Queen bed.
Room 4 – Double bed.
Room 3 and 4 share a separate toilet and separate shower.

DOWNSTAIRS
Room 5 – is a large room with double bed / en-suite (shower/toilet/basin) and has its own entrance and a small lounge.

The living area of the house is open plan. There is a kitchen with scullery, guest loo, TV lounge and Bar/Dining area with a 12 seater table. This leads on to an outside braai area (large stainless steel braai) with dining table and grassed garden which is elevated from the road offering privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Gas stove, 2 fridge/deep freezers. There is an Ice machine, bar fridge, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, soda stream machine, kettle and toaster. There is a garage for 1 car and a trailer and off road parking on the grassy patch outside the house.

All bedding is supplied but guests are required to bring their own beach/bath towels. No pets/No smoking/no parties allowed. The house is fully self catering but anything forgotten can be purchased at the Top Shop up the road. DSTV and wi-fi are available.

Our domestic, who cleans, makes beds, does washing and washes your dishes will service the house from 08:00 until 12:00 each day at an additional cost of R150 per day. This is to ensure that the house stays clean and tidy and there is not a massive clean-up operation on departure. This also ensures everyone gets to enjoy a much needed break and holiday.
