Situated at the end of a beautiful cul-de-sac, Protea Place, with a spectacular view of the lagoon and a big shady garden. Only 700m from the beach.

The house comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room, two dining rooms, two kitchens, a small TV room with DSTV, two outside braai areas, an outside shower, a dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, electric stove, gas cooker and two fridges.

The bedrooms are all upstairs and comprise two lagoon-facing double bed bedrooms with balconies, and two rear-facing kiddies bedrooms that have 2 single beds in each. Each double bedroom is accessed by walking through the adjoining kiddies bedroom, with which it shares a bathroom. The double rooms have doors which can be closed to ensure privacy from the kiddies room. One of the shared bathrooms has a shower with a beautiful lagoon view, as well as a toilet and basin, while the other shared bathroom has a bath, toilet and basin.

Rest of the Year:
1-2 guests: R1300 per night
3-4 guests: R1900 per night
5-6 guests: R2500 per night
7-8 guests: R3000 per night

50% deposit required with all bookings.
Domestic helper R150 extra per day

All Linen and bath towels supplied.
