The top storey consists of an open-plan lounge / dining area and kitchen, which leads onto a balcony with built-in under-roof braai and a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, kettle and fridge/freezer. The main double bedroom is also upstairs and has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, basin and toilet.

There are three bedrooms downstairs, all of which share a bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet. Two of the downstairs bedrooms are double rooms, while the third has two single beds. The garage and laundry are also downstairs.

The garden is quite large and shady, is partially fenced and is pet friendly.
