The house is fully equipped to sleep 8 people in luxury and is completely off the grid with a full solar system installed and up to 60,000 litres of rain water storage.

The main bedroom offers an extra length King size bed with an en suite bathroom and a large free standing bath. Two bedrooms have Queen size beds with en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a King size bed which can be split into two twins beds if required – ensuite bathroom.

The main house boasts a lovely large open plan space. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove/oven. The main dining area can seat up to 10 people and flows into a lovely open plan lounge/seating area with a large flat screen TV (DSTV included).

There is a separate scullery area with a dishwasher, enough fridge/freezer space for longer rentals, and an industrial ice machine.

The best part of the house is the outside entertainment area, which includes a built in braai, swimming pool (safety cover included) and variety of outside seating.

There is a guest bathroom for visitor.

Private access and parking is provided.
