5 Bedrooms with 5 Bathrooms (4 en suite) Sleeps 12. For smaller groups the front section of the house (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) can be booked and the balance of bedrooms and bathrooms will be closed off. For rates for smaller groups please contact karen@redontop.co.za. Please note that a minimum of 4 nights is applicable.

Large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen (dining table can seat 14 comfortably).

Kitchen is fully equipped – 2 upright fridge/freezers, 2 bar fridges, ice machine, smoothie maker, food processor, water filter, microwave, gas hob and electric oven.

Scullery has washing machine and dishwasher.

Covered verandah with an open braai.

Great views over the lagoon and to the beach.

Only 300m walk to the beach and lagoon.

Also 2 chest freezers, tumble dryer and gas braai in the double garage.

Property is enclosed and suitable for pets.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and large walk in shower

Bedroom 3: King size bed OR 2 singles (separate bathroom)

Bedroom 4: Queen Size bed with en-suite bathroom and sliding door to private courtyard

 
Bedroom 5: 2 Single beds and a double bunk with en-suite (pull out mattresses under single beds)

Daily domestic helper available (R285 per day) NOT included in the rates. If more than 10 people, then domestic helper may ask for additional help, which will be charged at R250 per day worked
