This large six-bedroom, four-bathroom holiday home in Morgan Bay sleeps 12 (16 at a push) and is available for the entire Dec/Jan holidays. It is nearing the end of a year-long renovation that has seen the addition of a double garage with electric roller doors, a large first floor deck, a doubling of the living area floor space, several kitchen upgrades, 15 000 litres of rain water storage with pump and filtration system, a gas geyser, a boundry wall with electric roller gate, an alarm system and many more cosmetic improvements.

NB: We’ll have updated interior photos when it is completed at the end of next week, so these old interior photos will have to do for now.

The home is situated in a cul-de-sac, 350m from the ocean and 600m from the beach. It is fully pet friendly and has uncapped WiFi.

There are four downstairs bedrooms, each with their own private entrance, and two shared bathrooms. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two additional single beds and a sleeper couch can be added on request.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a large 5-plate gas stove and oven, as well as a brand new 691-litre fridge freezer. There are two additional fridges, as well as a chest freezer and a washing machine in the garage below.

The lounge, which features a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV, full DSTV and a portable Klipsch Bluetooth speaker, leads out onto a large deck, which has sea and farm views, outdoor seating and a brand new Weber 4 burner gas braai, with a dome lid and wheels. There is also a charcoal burning Weber kettle braai which can be used on the lawn.
2023 Rates
15 Dec 2023 – 7 Jan 2024: R5500 per night.
24 Mar – 12 Apr: R5500 per night.
Rest of the year: R4500 per night.
