A warm family home comprising an open entertainment area consisting of a sitting area with TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen extending into a scullery with dishwasher and separate fully equipped laundry.

Accommodation consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a queen size double bed and the remaining three each have two 3/4 beds each.

There is off-street parking on the premises. There is a second lounge with books galore, family games and puzzles for the not so beachy days. Includes: Flatscreen TV with DSTV Premium, Netflix, domestic help included (weekdays only).

The house is situated close to the lagoon and a short walk to the beach.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Golf and squash are available at the Kei Mouth Country Club about 15 minutes from Morgan Bay. Close to the stables for those who are interested in horse riding.

24 Mar – 12 Apr:
R4000 per night

Rest of the year:
R3500 per night

Maximum 10 guests

Refundable breakage deposit of R5000 which will be paid 2 weeks after departure if there are no damages. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance of payment (incl. breakage deposit) due one week before arrival.

Any guests over the 10 max. will be charged at R1000 per night per person.
Daily domestic helper on weekdays only – excluding public holidays.
