High-ceiling (light), 4 double bedroom house with sea and lagoon views. House is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the hill looking down towards the ocean, and bordering on a green belt with super bird life. It is a short, easy walk to the beach, but at the same time it enjoys the benefits of being totally private and a good retreat from the crowds in the high season. Just a 3 minute walk to the local shop.

Large sunny decks, balcony and open plan entertainment area with pizza oven and braai (BBQ) facilities (additional braai area on north facing side for those windy days - and there WILL be windy days!). The property is fully fenced and gated for secure off-road parking (and to keep goats and cows out!).

Families with children are welcome! The house is pet-friendly-ish. You may bring your pet, but strictly no pets are allowed indoors or on furniture. Holiday rental includes the use of a shaded outdoor gym. WiFi is included and is not affected by power cuts as it's attached to a UPS battery. Please provide advanced notice if you require DSTV and a cleaner - we need to know ahead of time so that these services can be arranged. The cost of a cleaner is not included in the rental.

Unfortunately our house is not wheelchair accessible - please note that all bedrooms are upstairs.

5 Dec 2023 - 8 Jan 2024:
R6000 per night

17 Mar - 19 Apr:
R6000 per night

Rest of the year:
1-4 people: R3000 per night
5-6 people: R3500 per night
7-8 people: R4000 per night

Minimum 5 night stay year round.

T's & C's
We require a 50% deposit upfront to secure the booking. We also take a R1,000 breakage deposit and require all tenants to sign a tenancy agreement.
